To experience a transparent hierarchy that is being practised in cbs was really great as it feels like you would easily reach out to anyone, like a family, to seek help or have a talk about anything.

As I was actively looking for a job opportunity, I chanced upon cbs Graduate Programme on LinkedIn. For me, I needed a chance to venture back to the SAP industry. I see this programme as an opportunity for me to embark on developmental growth in my SAP career.

With no working knowledge about SAP, this programme has provided me with so much knowledge. I would have never imagined myself remembering all the transactional codes, but here I am, learning about the basics of all modules and technical aspects of it. It was conducive when I was given a chance to work on a project too.

I have realised through this programme SAP is unique, with many functionalities across modules, requiring consultants like us to keep learning new skills and knowledge as we grow. It is also crucial for us as good consultants to be able to translate business requirements to SAP systems while improving clients’ practices with more efficient systems and tools.

If you are a very motivated and passionate individual who enjoys roughing it out, your performance will consistently be recognised, and you will succeed in this company. Working in a supportive environment allows us to get the best out of each other in the organisation! It’s been a great experience at cbs.

As a recent graduate, I wholeheartedly believe that cbs is an excellent place to kick start a career, and I have worked hard to get lots of my friends into this programme! With cbs, you will learn something new every day, and it will help to develop and accelerate your personal growth.

My biggest takeaway from this programme is “Do not ever restrict yourself based on modules”. The overall sessions of cbs Graduates Programme allowed me to understand how each module integrated and interacted with one another. In such a way, I can also have a good grasp of my modules and understand the needs and concerns of customers simultaneously.

cbs is like a big and warm family. All my colleagues are supportive and helpful, which made me experience an enjoyable journey at cbs. The team has always been considerate and understanding, and I feel welcomed here to express my thoughts more freely.
